Return Policy for Revolution Outdoors

At Revolution Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our Return Policy to understand your rights and the process for returning items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

- You must initiate the return within 7 Days of receiving your order.

- Custom or personalized items

- Sale items (unless specified)

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100 to ensure they are returned safely.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

- Please allow 7-30 Days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process. You may need to return the original item before we can ship the new one.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hrs. of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
