3. Initiating a Return

4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100 to ensure they are returned safely.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 7-30 Days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
6. Exchanges
